Although there is free shipping on all furnitures, Free shipping may not apply if there is excess delivery miles like (across country) from one side of the US to another. Because every item on our website ships from multiple vendors we do not know the exact shipping amount until it is ordered and we see the ship to address. We will notify you if your items do not qualify for free shipping and either you can choose to pay the additional amount or decline it. If you decline it we will then cancel your order and refund your money.Refunds may take up to 2-4 days for it to complete.

RETURN POLICY 

Stop No Return exhange only if damaged through shipping.

30% restocking fee will apply and shipping costs will not refunded, Simply follow the instructions below:

1. Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date.
2. Clearance items are sold as is and are NOT subject to return, except for damaged or defective merchandise.
3. In the event that your merchandise arrives damaged: please see below.
4. All return items must arrive back to new and in resalable condition. Products must be new, unused, unaltered and uninstalled (with no cut or clipped wires, or contact with water.) The items must arrive with the original packaging and accessories. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
5. Contact shopenet.com (Customer Support) for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
6. Indicate your Return Authorization Number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return.
7. Write your Return Authorization Number on a blank piece of paper and securely tape it to the outside of the package to be returned.
8. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured directly, fill out return form . Please contact shopenet.com for return authorization and instructions.
9. Shipping charges are not refundable unless item is defective or damaged through shipping or defective.
10. Ship returns to:   address provided by customer service.

Regardless of where your package was shipped, returns must be delivered to the address directed by customer service. Returns made to any other address may not be refunded or could result in additional fees. 

Handle all returns delicately! Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed.

1. "Large Orders" Orders for 10 or more of the same item or with a dollar value greater than $1,500 are subject to a 50% restocking charge. 

We go out of our way to ship as quickly as possible and will make every attempt to cancel your order. However, many of our products ship direct from the manufacturer to you. 

In the event that you would like to cancel your order, we will need to confirm with the individual manufacturer that your order has not been shipped. Once we have confirmation that your order has been cancelled, we will credit your original credit card. 

Requests to cancel your order can be accepted by email only under the Contact Us link. 

If we were not able to cancel your order and it has already been shipped, please do not refuse the shipment as this could result in cancellation fees being assessed. Please contact Us for return instructions


Damaged Merchandise
If you receive damaged merchandise, we will strive to make the replacement process quick and easy. Be sure to notify both the carrier and shopenet.com within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage. Please keep all packing materials. Shopenet.com will pay the return shipping fee for products that are received damaged.

Shipping and Delivery

Address Restrictions 
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address during checkout. 

 

Shipping Charges 
Orders over $75 ship free of charge unless we specifically note additional charges apply (excludes AK, HI and Intl.). 

Certain products and product categories (such as, Fabrics,  Sinks, tubs, toilets and bidets) are excluded from our free shipping policy due to the weight and size of the items. 

Truck Delivery Items 
Truck items are delivered by truck delivery service, as indicated in the "Shipping Information" section on the product detail page. You are responsible for removing the items off the back of the truck to your home. 

Truck deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. A delivery agent will call you to schedule your delivery. A responsible party, over 18 years of age, must be present to take delivery and sign for the shipment. 

Rural delivery is available; however we are only able to deliver to properties with a physical address. 

For Truck deliveries, the carrier will require that you sign for the merchandise. Before you sign, it is very important to inspect the delivery carton for visible damage. If the carton has visible damage or there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging or product condition, you will need to write "product damaged" on the face of the delivery receipt. Customers who sign for delivery and do not notate "damage" assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged. Contact Shopenet within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage.
