Question And Answers
When will my order ship?
ShopEnet ships monday to friday excluding holidays, and all orders are shipped within 2- 6 days of purchase.
Only if it is a custom made product when purchased.
One of our staff will let you know within two business day if it is a custom order, and if is customed order it will need time to be customed made.
Please be patient each products ship from differnt supplier,and each suppler ship out at differnt times.
So within two weeks if you do not receive your products within that time frame please call 1-843-388-0503 or email us.
I need my order fast do you offer Priority or Express?
Yes we offer both. For your item to ship out Express that same day, your order must be submitted by 10am EST. Only some Items can br shipped express.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, ShopEnet.com ships internationally, but because it ships directly from the supplier, it depends which product you order. So please send us a email to find out for sure. For more information please refer to our Shipping and Returns policy page.
When shipping internationally, will I be charged import duties and taxes?
Each Country has different import duties, customs and tax thresholds. Please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy page for detailed information. For additional information, please contact your local customs office in your country.
Do you ship to to PO Boxes?
Unfortuantely, we only ship to street addresses as we require a signature on delivery.
What happens if my package is delivered when I’m not home?
A signature on delivery' is required so please ensure that there will be someone to sign for the delivery at the specified shipping address. To avoid delays in delivering your parcel, we recommend having your item shipped to your work address if possible.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order has been made it cannot be cancelled or modified. However if you need to change the size and we have stock we will accommodate your request. To send requested changes please email us at Contact US Form.
Can I return my item?
NO RETURNS only if the item is damaged due to shipping. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy page for detailed information.
Do you sell authentic brands?
Shopenet .com only sells authentic brand and is an authorized retailer for all of the brands listed on the website.
What Brands do you carry?

We value your privacy. We do not share or sell information to third parties, nor use personal information for any reason other than its intended use.
What are pre-orders and how does it work?
When you pre-order an ShopEnet.com item, this product is reserved especially for you. Since your item is reserved, your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed. ShopEnet delivers your order as soon as it arrives to our warehouse. Custom Orders cannot be cancel, after it has been processed.
